DS (aged 6) wants two Toy Story toys for Christmas.
On Black Friday I ordered them at a discount from the Disney store. They debited my card and sent a confirmation email. Shortly after, they emailed to say owing to volume of orders my delivery would be late.
After checking every day, I finally emailed and was told: 1) my order was lost in the post; 2) they were now sold out, so tough.
I’m so upset. Their package didn’t reach me (if it was ever sent!) so now I’m left desperately trying to find the toys and paying more because I’ve missed all the Black Friday bargains. The Disney store couldn’t care less.
When I complained, Disney advised me to check their stores for availability. Surely, as a minimum, they should do this?
Has anyone else had a crap experience at Disney store. Growing up watching heartwarming Disney films, I thought (wrongly) they would be vaguely caring!
