How to reheat roast dinner?

We have lots of leftovers from last night to eat tonight!

How would you reheat the following - oven or microwave, temps and times, cover in oven or not...to make sure everything stays as close to it's best as possible?!

Roast chicken (currently still on carcass)
Roast potatoes
Roast squash, carrots, parsnips
Sage and onion stuffing
Will do gravy in pan in hob

Thanks!

Maybe chicken separately
To ensure it's reached temperature. It will take longer than the veggies.

Slice the chicken up, cover it in gravy and gently reheat in the oven for 15 minutes. Veg can be blasted in the microwave.

Slice chicken into thin even slices; put in tray and cover with some watered down gravy so it doesn't dry out. In oven at 180 until piping hot.

Roast veg and potatoes into a separate tray into hot oven for 20 mins or so til hot and crispy again. Could also be done in frying pan(s) with a small lick of oil

Stuffing in the oven - assuming it's just bread stuffing, just for as long as the chicken takes. If meat stuffing of some sort, then slice into even pieces and onto a trayt as well.
