What do you do when you feel sick and have to do school run.

I'm guessing the answer is just get up and do it but I feel so yucky and it's freezing out there.

I'm sure the kids could find their own way home, right ;)

Take a bag sip water if all else fails ring the school and ask if they can both come out together so i can grab and go

It's a 45 min walk

Fresh air will do you good? Either a, make you feel better or b, you hurl and feel better

Yep you do it anyway obviously, assuming the kids are 5 and 7 not 15 and 17!

Can you get a taxi? Or ask another parent who lives close by to drop them home?

This is me today. Luckily about half way in the school run I bumped into one of DDS classmates and I asked the mum if she'd mind taking my DC into school. She very graciously said yes and I am so grateful.

Around lunchtime I realised I'm getting even worse (projectile bodily fluids out of both ends) and I've text one of DS friends mum begging her her collect my kids and drop them round mine. She immediately offered to watch both my dc this afternoon till dh comes home.

I am so grateful to these both these parents!!!

They are primary age so have yo go

No disposable for taxi until tomorrow so I'm gonna have yo just brave it.
