Over the last couple of years I have experienced some life changing events - some good, some negative. The negative ones have resolved themselves reasonably well, to a point where I think I need to get on with life and try and be a bit happier with my lot. I actually have a very nice, comfortable life in many ways. I don't believe I'm depressed. I've just become trapped in this sort of "poor me" mentality, and I'd like to snap the hell out of it!
Does anyone have any practical suggestions? Obvious, easy, difficult, time consuming. Anything. Please tell me!
