Do they do crudités? You know, the sort of thing you take to the office Christmas lunch? Wink
I REALLY don’t want to brave a trip and come away both skint and disappointed
TIA

Costco has everything 🤩

They do big trays of cheap sandwhiches and wraps, and also big trays of prawns and dip etc.

You'd be able to find something easily!

dun1urkin · 15/12/2018 21:08

I’m signed up for crudités though. If I took something else I’d spoil THE SYSTEM
(Now I’ve typed that I am very tempted to do just that...)

Isn’t crudités carrot sticks and other raw veg?

Yep. I want someone else to have chopped them all up for me and have packed them on a handy platter Grin

I've never seen crudités as Costco but that doesn't mean that they don't do them. They do huge BV ags of tiny carrots which are good for dipping.

BarbaraofSevillle · 15/12/2018 21:39

If you're skint and need crudites, won't you just cut up some carrots, celery and peppers, available for pence from any shop?

dun1urkin · 15/12/2018 21:42

I’m not skint Grin
I was joking about spending lots of money at Costco. And as I said, I want someone else to do the chopping up for me

M&S do crudités in their food to order range (not the Christmas food, the stuff you can order all year). It's possibly too late for you to get them from there now though.

lunar1 · 15/12/2018 21:45

You have to order them, but if you are just popping in it's worth asking if you can get someone's attention through the glass wall. If they aren't to busy they might do them while you wait.

Good luck braving the whole Asda/TC traffic mess!!

dun1urkin · 15/12/2018 21:49

lunar1 you make an excellent point that I had not considered.
I think I’ll be getting my chopping knife out Sad

It's a pain because they don't open early so you can't even beat the rush! I was once stuck in the car park for 45 mins before I even got to the road, blooming winter wonderland is running as wellConfused

MincePieMum · 15/12/2018 23:02

You can get a bag of carrot batons in the pre chopped section at Asda. That's half the job done at least...

MoorMummy · 15/12/2018 23:07

I think they are on the ‘to order’ range.
