DD allergic reaction to eye shadow - help!

DD has quite sensitive skin, and occasionally gets eczema in patches.

She got some eye shadow in her advent calendar today and she was soooo excited by the Barbie pink and 80s neon blue . She put it in but after a bout half an hour came down and said her face 'hurt'. We've removed all the eye shadow - thankfully her eyelids are not too bad but where she applied it on her cheeks (don't ask, she's an 8 year old!) She had some patches that looked like the start of eczema. Now 2 hours later little blisters have appeared. I've given her some piriton but she's still complaining it hurts.

I've got some hydrocortisone cream - should I try putting some on (we stick it due to eczema) or will that just add fuel to her face fire?

My son has eczema and I would use hydrocortisone in this instance and it's an allergic reaction. Not that I usually put eyeshadow on him of course!

pharmacy for advice.
piriton (or another antihistamine) is good.
ususlly cortisone cream says not to apply to broken skin.
