Was feeling very smug as just did my final Ioad of washing which should have meant I could have relaxed tomorrow and watched Christmas films. Not so fast....somebody has left a tissue in their pocket and every bit of washing is covered. Why didn't you check? asks dh as he's sitting unconcerned on his iPad. In my defence I did check my ds blazer and removed a fidget cube, sweet papers, biscuit wrappers ( so it was him who took the last Penguin even though he denied it ) and a handful of pens. But I had asked my dd to bring down a bundle of her own washing and she put it straight in the machine so I'm blaming her.
Gah..what a waste of time. Do I get out the lint roller? If so, before or after the washing is dry or do I just redo the whole damn lot? I just haven't got the energy now!
