Pregnant- Worried about work & health

Hey,
I am 4months pregnant and really struggling about how I'm going to do it..
I work as a multiple store manager in hospitality which means always on my feet and strenuous work. Right now the work load has increased due to not being able to find enough good staff and firing one for stealing.. I had to go to afterhours doctors this morning and was deemed medically unfit to work.
I'm concerned about my health and if I can continue or not
The doctors basically said I'm over worked and being pregnant will make it feel worse. And that basically my body isn't coping

I'm stuck in a hard place right now where I don't want to lose everything I worked so hard for, but I also don't want to lose the baby. I've basically been told by doctors should I continue I will need to be closely monitored even with cut back work hours and that I may have much higher risks during my pregnancy

Listen to the doctor.

I can’t believe you’re even asking. Listen to your doctor.

Your employer won't give a shit if anything goes wrong in pregnant and they certainly won't give a shit if you lose your baby. All they care about is £££. Only one person in this world is going to put you and your child's wellbeing first and that is you. So do it.

Your job will never compare in importance to your baby. Don't lose sight of what really matters.

Your employer must make adjustments to your job or workplace to help you cope with your pregnancy.
