Delicious! I haven't had one on a stick at a buffet in years though.
My favourite sandwich is blue cheese and pineapple though Grin so wrong but so right

Prefer a pickled onion but my favourite is a cube of cheese & a cube of gammon being topped & tailed by half a cherry tomato ,maybe a bit of basil if I've fresh.

When I do a Boxing Day buffet for the family we go proper retro and keep it exactly how it was in our youth.

So cheese and pineapple on sticks is a definite favourite.

Salmon on finger rolls like my Nan used to make, and I follow the Woman’s Own c. 1975 ‘recipe’ for cheese dip. That’s a huge hit in our family.

I introduce it to my US friends, who think I am a culinary genius. I once brought a proper pineapple and cheese hedgehog to a party as a joke, but everyone took it completely seriously Grin. They were far more impressed than I intended...!

Yes, they are lush. I would have cheese and pineapple or cheese and pickled onion though, not all 3 together.

Love it. Also silverskin onion and cheese. But not pineapple and onion on the same stick.

Watermelon, feta and a mint leaf is amazing too.
