Should I chop off the top?

Don't want to bugger it up, my Xmas tree has just been delivered and it has a long tree-y branchy bit at the top. I think it looks a bit odd. Should I chop it off just above the white tag? Or will it look too short?
Sorry not the most exciting thread but I need to decide before the school run so I dont get accused of chopping the Xmas trees head off.

I would cut just under where the five branches at the top come off. The rest of the branches will drop a little over the next day or so it’ll end up looking a nice shape 🙂

Thanks espresso yes I think you're right.
I've only got a bread knife so hopefully that will workGrin

Hmm maybe I shouldn't be too hasty then and hang on until it's settled a bit.
