What rights to wear for Christmas night out

Hi, I have a Christmas night out and am going to wear either a black dress with sparkly bits on or a black lace dress and black shoes. Which tights would you wear, sheer or opaque? Thanks!

It would depend on the length of the dress for me.

I’d wear opaque black tights if it was particularly short, but nude coloured tights otherwise :)

Nude tights are dressier too, so I would factor that into the decision making :)

I’m in a part of Scotland where it hasn’t gone much above freezing all day if at all. Judging by the number of colleagues heading off for a tan tonight it looks like bare legs oot at our work do tomorrow
