Good luck. What's the market like there? We sold ours earlier this year. SE, usually property sells fast but it was just sitting there, we knocked £20K off and it finally sold.

There doesn't seem to be much movement, I'm thinking with Brexit and the time of year it will be a slow burn!

We are looking to move and I can't believe how many properties I look at online are immaculate like yours. Did you spend 6 months decluttering, or do you always live like that?

That’s a lovely house. Very tastefully decorated. (You May want to ask estate agent to remove wanky black and white photo though).

It's gorgeous!! I'm sure it will be snapped up if the price is right for the local market. I accepted an offer on mine back in August, was supposed to exchange last tues and my buyers pulled out on the Monday so we are back to square 1 and on the market again. Praying it goes quickly as getting ready for viewings constantly with a 12 week old baby isn't ideal!

Thank you @namechangeagainagainagain can't actually believe after 4 months our buyers did that. Absolute bellends! I keep telling myself it wasn't meant to be. My advice - get your estate agent to vet your buyers thoroughly!

Lovely! We're in Stalybridge put ours up end of October, had first viewer the day it went up and 6 more in the following days. First viewer ended up in a bidding war with another and we got £8k over asking! So it seems the market round here is quite good.
