Being felt up at the petrol station

I wasn't sure where to post this so I'm sorry if it's in the wrong place!
I was getting petrol today, went into the kiosk to pay for it, was standing in the queue, suddenly felt some1 touching my bum, then felt them against my back. I thought maybe some1 was maybe bending down to get something from the wee food section beside me and maybe they didn't realise they were that close. I looked to my left slightly to see an old guy really close to my head, he took took a big deep breath right beside me. I took a big step forward for 5 seconds then it was my turn in the queue to pay for my fuel. I quickly gave the cashier my money then went to my car. The guy that had done all that went back to his car where I'm guessing it was his wife in the passengers seat but he stared at me the whole time.
Should I of said something to him or to the cashier?
I felt really uneasy and just wanted to get out of there
