Daily Mail sad face of the week

I can't do links, but the sad face of Eric Walker and the failed lottery payment brightened my day. My favourite comment was 'he's eucked up there's.

It doesn't look good. If it is in fact the actual scratch card in the picture (the s*n)then why were both the squares in question scratched off.

As an aside I presume there is records that show which serial number is the winner.
