A Christmas Mystery!

I just got home and found four Christmas cards on the mat.

Two were addressed in the same handwriting to 'Him and Her' and 'Another Him and Another Her'. The other two were in another handwriting to 'Him and Her' and 'Mr. Yet another person with a different initial to all the others'. This last one had a stamp on it but no address.

None of the above is me / us. I know a good number of my neighbours and none have any of those names.

What was someone thinking!

I wonder if they're "Janet & Roy" type cards?.

How long have you lived there?

Ive lived in this house almost 5 year, i know the names of the previous owners and we still get cards for people that ive never heard of. Also someones life insurance which is probably invalid as it most definitely isnt their address

I once accidentally opened a card delivered to us in error. I just stuck it up with the other cards and pretended I was 1 x card more popular than we actually are!
