Ordered something off the internet, was scheduled for delivery on 28/11. Didn't arrive. Tracked the parcel, and it said delivered to a neighbor on 28/11, but not which one. No card was left.
We checked with 2 fours down either side and the 4 across the road. No one had it. Went back to the company, eventually (yesterday, a week after contacting them) the tell us it's at 130, 4 doors down.
They've had our parcel 2 weeks now. If it were me, I'd have popped round my now, presuming that a card hadn't been left.
Don't get me wrong, I don't expect neighbours to deliver our parcels (or even take them, we've got a 'safe place'). But keeping it 2 weeks seems odd!
