Help!!

I'm struggling to sort out a costume for DD's primary nativity.

She is playing a tour guide who gives tours of Bethlehem. It's not a major role but other than carrying a tour sign I really am lacking in inspiration.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Clipboard and pen?

Banoculars and a straw hat.....if you happen to have them to hand that is!

Sorry, that doesn't help with the costume part.

Have the school given any suggestions?

Clipboard, really long umbrella to hold up really high, megaphone (for those at the back) and a huge badge saying Tour Guide

And Maybe a load of flyers to hand out for the open top Bethlehem bus tour that goes after lunch....

I like the clip board idea and the badge.

I think I'll speak to her TA tomorrow.

I did think about the umbrella as that is my enduring image of tour guides but I'm not sure if DD will manage not to poke someone's eye out!!

The fliers are also good.

She's got a pair of binoculars so that would be good.

As far as the actual costume is concerned I was thinking of a pair of leggings and a long t-shirt with Tours of Bethlehem written on it.

It was so much easier when she was a sheep last year!

She could wear summer holiday type clothes with cap. Give her a flag to wave, some fliers?
