What do you think of ready to learn?

Just wondering what everyone thinks of "ready to learn" if it has been introduced into your DCs school?

It's an evidence based behavioural management programme that effective, clear and fair. If it's used well (as in my DC's school) and takes into account dispensations for Sen then I very much back it. Apparently there are some parents whom believe it's too punitive, curbs kids 'creativity' encourages conformity and is generally not ok. But I don't think it's ok for their 'creative' dc to cause constant low level disruption and suck up teaching time because they are flexing their putative leadership pain in the arse skills
