Last AF 11th Nov
Had sex 27th Nov (stupid stupid stupid I know)

Just took pound shop test this morning, negative. 2 weeks after sex.

So I'm ok right? It would show by now if I was?

Only 48 hours ago I had a small amount of pink blood and then brown

I mean I've not started my period just the pink/brown now nothing but cramps

Sorry @OhShizzle you won't know until AF shows up but it sounds like you possibly had implantation bleeding a couple of days ago... I'd buy a FRER and test tomorrow/Thursday morning

Ah crap. I just keep thinkng it's starting then nothing. It's highly, highly unlikely I am pregnant but it's annoying that I've not had sex for 18 months and had a normal cycle every time then the one time I do my body does this

I'd say you're not in the clear yet. As a PP said, the bleeding earlier in the week could be implantation

You ideally would wait for two weeks after your period is due before testing, and then a negative test would likely be true, tests can be quite inaccurate on the day your period is due, and especially before, even first response ones, you need to give time for the hormones to build up in your system.

Take another test in two weeks and if that’s negative you are in the clear.

I hate to say but my period was due last Wednesday and I only got a positive test this morning after taking 3 since last Wednesday. I am not sure how I feel but i wouldn't say you aren't pregnant yet.

Unfortunately this isn't a planned pregnancy, it is a contraception fail and I am currently in pieces.

Get a proper test.

@Purplelion just decide what's best for you. I have a very close friend who aborted and even though at present she can't have babies she doesn't regret it
OP if you're regular then I think you can be almost 100% you're not pregnant. There are exceptions to the rule of course... But try to chill for now :)

It doesn't sound like a 'contraception fail'....the tone of your original post suggests you failed to use contraception!

It's too soon to say but unfortunately, a slight show could be a sign you are, as it's possible to have a light period even when PG.
