Meal planning inspriation

For an unknown reason I always struggle to meal plan effectively running up to Christmas. Need some inspiration for meals not similar to roasts. I’ve got part of the weeks sorted just struggling on the rest.

Saturday - had scampi, chips and peas
Sunday - had a roast ( our Christmas dinner with my aunt who lives elsewhere and we don’t see very often)
Today - cottage pie with carrots, peas and broccoli
Tomorrow - steak with jacket pot, peppers, mushrooms and onion
Weds - unsure at the moment
Thurs - oven pizzas ( have a lot on that day)
Fri - unknown
Saturday - TGI fridays ( our usual before heading off to look at neighbourhood Christmas lights)
Sunday - probably something really easy as kids have a birthday party late afternoon..

So share your meal plans so I can steal some ideas 😊😊

My news resolution is to meal plan better. Including lunch at the weekend which I never seem to remember to factor in. So following for ideas!
