Best hoover for cat hair

We have carpets throughout. Currently have a Henry.

Shark. A corded one.

Iv got a shark lift away.

It works really really well on the floors (carpets)

In fact it worked so well the first time I used it that it nearly filled the tank the first time I used it

It works on the couch but not so well (unless I bust a gut putting the effort in) but none of the vacuums Iv ever had have worked that great on the furniture.
I assume part of that though is my cats hair is very odd as it's fine and sticks like glue!

Works a treat

I use the Dyson animal (for two dogs rather then cats though!) it's been amazing for fur removak, but tempted by the shark next as it's on its last legs after several years!
