Are Menopace worth it?

I am having a bit of a menopause nightmare, hot flushes, crying for nothing, feeling bereft, insomnia etc... My colleague swears by Menopace and says it stops all of these, but are they really worth about £16 a month? Has anyone used them?

I tried for a few months, but only HRT made any difference.

I've been using them for about a year after I was recommended by a friend who swears by them.

Since using them, my symptoms have reduced but not gone away entirely.

I buy them 3 for 2 from Asda which makes them more affordable.

I tried them, but I had better results from buying basic vitamins separately - this works out much cheaper too.

I don’t know, but Asda have an own brand version for a fracion of the price. You could compare the ingredients and give them a go.
