Leaky window what kind of tradesman do I need?

Ok, what sort of person do I need the plaster work around the window looks a bit damp and I'm clueless, is it the window pointing etc. House is Victorian.

I would contact a builder explain the problem and ask their advice. It may be that you need the pointing sorted on the outside, thent he plastering redone on the inside. Most builders will have plasterer they either have on their team or can recommend. so you may need a combination of tradesmen.

If you get a couple of different firms out to do a quote they can give you an idea of what needs doing.
