Hi Everyone
I have been sold on all the excited threads about Instant Pots. The promise of fast meals on the table when we both work full time and have kids - whats not to like. I stalked amazon and at 5 past midnight I ordered my new toy. Hmm it arrived last week and does not work. When I plug it in the display does not light up. The sockets are working and I tried both leads. All the youtube clips show the display on when plugged in and then you select the options.
Live chat for Instant Pot told me contact helpdesk in uk by email but 3 days later no response. Google tells me its a fatal issue but I just want confirmation before returning it to amazon.
So anyone else out there who got a problem Instant Pot and had to return it? Do I get a replacement or do I take my money and run as this isnt a good start?
All experiences welcome. Happy (or not so happy in this case!!)
