Ordering Christmas food from m&s - question

And probably a stupid one!

We don't have m&s here and I've suggested to a friend of mine who's really stressing about her Christmas visitors that she tries it.

However, I can't find out if the food is fresh and can be just put in a fridge or if it's frozen? I assumed fresh but she thinks it's frozen!. It's a potential problem as she doesn't have a freezer.

There is a mix of both so some is in the freezer section and some fresh- so as long as she picks the right food she will be fine - stuffing potatoes veg and need all fridge.

Everything I've ever ordered has been fresh - turkey and trimmings.

Fresh.

Everything we've had is fresh. If you order for Christmas, it's guaranteed until boxing day if stored correctly.

It's also really tasty! We've done it for the last 3 years (turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce and red cabbage) and I wouldn't go back.

Fresh unless it says that it is frozen

Fresh , however I will point out that although you can still order until the 15th you may not get a collection slot at the local store . We did our order last Tuesday and had to select a store in another town as the local store only had collections on the 22nd left and we can’t collect on that date .

Thanks. I've let her know.
