I loved it and stayed at the lodges at Cameron House. It’s near Glasgow which I enjoyed visiting. Take a trip to the Loch Fyne restaurant which is amazing.

Look at the duck bay cottages -so nice.
They have a hot tub, lots of space and looks right over Loch Lomond

Things to do, depending on how much driving you want to do, it's quite a big Loch!

Helensburgh is worth a visit, some good restaurants there. Loch Fyne is lovely, as is the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar.

If you're into walking, Ben Lomond is a good mountain walk. There are lots of little wanders around the whole loch.

You can do a boat trip on the Loch, from Balloch. Balloch Country Park is rather pretty too.

Loch Long is my favourite Loch, it's well worth a drive around, and the Village Inn there is good for a drink or a meal.

One thing, remember the drink drive limit in Scotland is much lower than England, so don't have a pint and drive, or you'll be over the limit.
