Hi I'm new to this, was wondering if someone can help, I finished my financial settlement (schedule 1) case in 2017, my X has now breached the order, I was told to fill in form D11 and send to court, I no there's a charge. However when I went to Croydon court the guy at the door said just put it in mail box !. I put it in the court mailbox, I'm just worried did I do right ? I didn't pay, not sure what's happened, anyone else had this situation ?. Thank you.
