Proper, authentic, homemade.... and served with garlic bread

I love curry and I adore garlic bread (had a tonne later in the evening) but not together?

I’m Indian and even I will substitute garlic bread different to replace garlic naan if I can’t be bothered to make it

I prefer Naan with a curry but garlic bread is a damn good substitute!

It's fine - fusion food.

As fusions go I think this one is totally acceptable

You have garlic and coriander naans so it's not too far fetched really....

I actually love this combo! I'd rather have a good garlic bread than a rubbish garlic naan, and shop naan is nowhere as nice as restaurant naan...

My husband puts soy sauce on currys. Korma, tikka masala, he lobs a load of soy sauce on! 🤢 Garlic bread is perfectly acceptable.

I sometimes have flatbread or pitta with curry, just something to mop up the sauce, but even I wouldn’t have garlic bread with curry!

Not fundamentally different to chapati, naan or other Indian breads. And neither is garlic bread, a bit of crunch with a curry sounds good to me.
