Overanalysing conversations after meeting friends

Hi!

I'm wondering if this is just a me thing or if everyone does it

Whenever I'm out with friends I cannot help but to go over my conversations after. I'm a little bit awkward so always think I come off badly or annoying. It just seems to go round and round in my head

Is it just me who does this

I think most people do it 😶

ChocSprinkles18 · 08/12/2018 20:55

I do this almost days!!

EdWinchester · 08/12/2018 20:56

I don't do it.

Bluntness100 · 08/12/2018 20:58

No I don't do this and think it's due to your anxiety, you aren't relaxed so over analyse after,

LBOCS2 · 08/12/2018 21:10

I do it when I'm feeling particularly anxious. Generally I'm fine, but sometimes not so much.

CleverWittyUsername · 08/12/2018 21:25

All the time. Sometimes as I'm falling asleep something pops in my head, waking me fully up. I then fret for a while if I came across as rude/cringey etc. It's odd as I'm not really an anxious person generally
