Vegan cookbook

Please recommend a vegan cookbook.

• Recipes must be quick and easy
• Food must appeal to young children (my taste buds are immature)
• I do not like spicy food
• I do not deep fry food
• A dessert section would be nice

To be honest I think youtube is your friend as you search only what you are interested in. There is one that Tesco sell which my daughter got last year and she liked it but I can't remember the name. I have bought her the Bosh one for this year but I find their recipes heavy in oil and quite elaborate for everyday cooking.

Bosh is highly rated, but not sure if it's ticks all your boxes

The green roasting tin. It’s mostly one pan stuff you bung in the oven. Not sure if it has a dessert section, I was only flicking through it.
