Party Pieces - out of hours number?

We are having a birthday party for my DTD and DTS on Monday. It's at home and it's going to be a bit of a squash so I wanted to make an effort to make the room look nice.
I ordered eight things to arrive today from Party Pieces. Three have come and five are wrong/missing.
There's no note or anything, just a form saying payment received with thanks.
The party's on Monday after school and the web site says the office is closed all weekend. I've emailed but not had a reply.
I'm sure Party Pieces will want to correct it but can't see how that's going to work in time. I wondered if anyone knows how to contact them out of hours. Thanks.

Tweet them? Someone tweeted from their account 3 hours ago so someone must be there?!

Forget party pieces, use Amazon prime if you have it or go to a shop. Get a refund from party pieces

Though to be honest I would be tempted to source from elsewhere over the weekend, and just return the wrong items.

yes actually you are right, why I don't I just get it elsewhere and get a refund. I suppose the reason I was reluctant is the themes just happen to be perfect for the sort of party we are having and I haven't seem them elsewhere. Having said that, the kids won't notice what they are eating off and drinking out of and I'll be too busy to care what the room looks like anyway.
