Your child vs Babysitter horror stories?

Today I got "the call" to come home from work ASAP because my MIL had broken her wrist whilst looking after my child (during the very first instance of daytime babysitting). "Fortunately" she tripped whilst playing chase rather than breaking it whilst fighting off a surprise full-body tiger attack, as was my first guess.
What is your babysitter/childcare horror story?

(For reference this is my post-A&E-and-rallying-round bedtime Mumsnet break, I was not without sympathy/practical assistance etc!)

DS aged 18 months flung himself backwards for a laugh and knocked off my dad’s glasses, scratching his cornea as he went. DS was absolutely fine, my poor dad was flown away to a larger hospital to be treated by a specialist the following dayBlush

My mum had to call us back from a night out a few months ago because Dd had been sick. My poor mum cannot stand vomit, she usually vomits herself if she sees it. It was everywhere. How such a tiny person can make so much mess is beyond me!

Bless her, I came home to find my mum gagging while bathing Dd. It turned out to be a bug that then went through Mum, me and DH.
