Help dip dying blonde hair

Bit clueless to hair dying but I like the look of natural brunette people dip dying their hair blonde. I am blonde so have no idea how to achieve this . I can't dip dye my hair an exotic colour because of work. Any ideas?

Go through a hairdresser. Do not try this at home!
