I got a stash in for Christmas but they were calling out to me from the cupboard Grin BBQ flavour. It's quite likely I won't be able to put them back as they will be gone.

Bleurgh. Just about the only party food I can't face.

mnahmnah · 07/12/2018 20:56

I did ten minutes ago! Fresh from the Christmas fair ring-toss Grin

FuckingAwfulMood · 07/12/2018 20:56

Sour cream and onion in the door of the car. Gotta get through December somehow!

nutroasthatingveggie · 07/12/2018 20:58

No.. I would have if I had some in the house though. Pringle envy here.

badgersoups · 07/12/2018 20:59

Yep

I've devoured a tub of sour cream Pringles all to myself last week.

Wednesday I cracked opened the Christmas shortbread

Yesterday I cracked open the cheeslets and the luxury chocolate biscuit assortment

All gone now.

Really need to exercise some more control over the Christmas food cupboard Sad

Most years I end up replacing it all at least twice. I promised myself I wouldn't replace it this year so if it eat it too early that's it Sad

superstarburst · 07/12/2018 20:59

Ready salted and tea seems a good combination. What flavour have you got mnahmnah ? I'm trying to work out what a ring toss is btw?

littletortoise · 07/12/2018 21:00

Yes. Jalapeño flavour - gorgeous

Kristingle · 07/12/2018 21:00

I think you’ll find that the salt and vinegar ones go well with a glass of red wine .

Or dipped in hummus.

superstarburst · 07/12/2018 21:01

You need a padlock on it badgersoups It does sound like you've had a delicious winter feast though. I'd have opened the fruit jellies but they're in plastic and I know the dcs would be cross Grin

Tiredmum100 · 07/12/2018 21:01

Yep, just opened the sour cream and onion.

costacoffeecup · 07/12/2018 21:02

YABU to choose the bbq ones, they're the worst (although I would still eat them.) Paprika are best, followed by salt and vinegar.

Oh it's not AIBU. But still 😀

superstarburst · 07/12/2018 21:03

Haven't tried Jalapeño. I can't find pigs in blankets who's buying those up fast so that they always sell out?
That sounds nice Kristingle

OP posts:
superstarburst · 07/12/2018 21:04

Grin You can't say IABU if you'd eat them I reckon. They have been opened first because of saving the steak ones Wink

A ring toss is one of those old-fashioned fairground games, where you throw a ring over the prize to win it. DH chucked one over the Pringles Grin boring old ready salted i’m afraid, but i’m happy with that

ImogenTubbs · 07/12/2018 21:26

No, but I had a day off today and did plough my way through about a third of the bottle of Christmas Baileys... it was lush.

Pixie2015 · 07/12/2018 21:28

On the cracked pepper ones x

maxiflump1 · 07/12/2018 21:30

31 weeks pregnant here and over 2 days have devoured a whole tub of cheesy footballs that I had bought for Xmas and now I need more!!!!

superstarburst · 07/12/2018 21:36

If you're pregnant then it's a craving Wink so you can officially eat them

Wow mnahmnah I didn't realise you actually won the pringles - even better! Sounds like a good result to me.

I haven't seen the black pepper ones that sounds nice.

OP posts:
superstarburst · 07/12/2018 21:38

Baileys is nice isn't it. Maybe starting on the Christmas provisions is inevitable. The down side of stocking up early.

Rockbird · 07/12/2018 21:39

Sorry about the pigs in blankets. I'll try to leave some for other people. 😋

halfwitpicker · 07/12/2018 21:40

Why hasnt anyone said once you pop you can't stop yet?

Babdoc · 07/12/2018 21:42

Not the Pringles, but I did give in and open a tub of cheeselets.
Which Jacobs have relabelled Treeselets (cringe) and shaped as miniature Xmas trees as a gesture to the season.
I got them for the DDs, but I hadn’t realised how moreish they are. I’ve had half a tub and I’m feeling distinctly queasy now!

AnotherRoadsideAttraction · 07/12/2018 21:46

I didn't realise Pringles were only meant for Christmas...we've gone through two tubes this week alone! (Salt and vinegar, of course)

BluthsFrozenBananas · 07/12/2018 21:52

Babdoc I’ve cracked open the cheesy trees too! Ive discovered they go surprisingly well with the M and S mince pie flavoured “Baileys”.
