Shit, no, bugger.

In my very first job after leaving school, my boss lived next door to the family and knew him as he was growing up. He was very proud of him and often talked about 'our Peter' or 'young Peter (said in his best Bolton accent).

Buzzcocks were one of the few bands that both myself and my teenage daughter liked.

Ah, my DP very solemnly told me this as soon as I got up. R.I.P. Part of the soundtrack to my teenage years. I bet 6 music will be playing Buzzcocks all day

Another part of the soundtrack to my teenage rebellion gone!

I was a poor teen and didn't get to see my favourite bands live at the time but I managed to see the Buzzcocks perform on their 40th anniversary tour. So glad I did.

Love Buzzcocks. I didn't see them back in the day either but I was really, really hoping to see them at some point. Beyond sad - no age at all. RIP Pete V V V Sad
