Nursery staff Christmas present etiquette?

Any help on this would be much appreciated. DS goes to nursery 2-3 mornings a week and he does have a key worker but she's part time so really it's more of a group effort, there's 4 staff members who look after him.

They are all fantastic and I really appreciate all their hard work, DS adores them. Is it weird to just get the 4 main staff a present.. say a tenner gift voucher or something? (I feel stingy but money is tight) There's very occasionally other staff members in when I collect him but rarely.

Something for the staffroom goes down well- box of biscuits, tray of doughnuts etc.

Nice card to 'All the staff'.

Don't feel pressured into buying four gifts- you really don't even need to buy one!

Quality Street between them all.

The staff will appreciate anything. Especially a card saying how much your child enjoys nursery etc.
The nursery I work in, if the gift has your name on you keep it. If it is a tin of chocolate or biscuits for all room staff it is taken to the office and there is a raffle between all staff including management, cook, cleaner to see who gets the present.
So what I am saying is your present might not end up being enjoyed by the people you intended it to be for. If you see what I mean.
