So this arrived in a parcel , no notes included but with a sticker from China on the packaging.

What on earth is it ??

Shelf brackets? Are those things in the swirly bits for screws?

Curtain tie backs?

Looks like a rack to put a bike on

Toilet roll holders?

It’s a holder for cookery books. It makes them stand up and hold the page open.

How big are they?

The two holes look like screw holes so you can fix it to the wall, so my suggestions are:
Key hook with built in eye remover
Scarf holder with built in eye remover
Weird shelf thing with built in eye remover

Clearly it’s the wall rack, for the unordered drone, that another OP got yesterday from China.

It’s probably less than 30 wide and yes the back bits have a screw hole so presume it’s to attach to the wall
