How long will chocolate torte keep in the fridge?

Apologies in advance, as this is a ridiculous question but I need reassurance... I’m planning to make a salted cararmel chocolate torte as a pudding for Christmas Day. How far in advance do you think I can make it and keep it in the fridge? I was hoping I could make it on 23rd...

Yep I would think that will be fine. Millionaire's shortbread and similar can keep in an airtight tin for up to a week.

Yes, 23td will be fine,

In my house - it would be eaten within about 20 mins of being discovered !

20 minutes here as well, even if popped in the freezer (dh routinely checks the deep freeze for treats).

Hah, DH will be keeping clear for fear of death and fortunately DD can’t reach the fridge!

Do you need to make one now and test it?
We can help with the taste testing, y'know. Wink
