Ahhhh 8oz of melted rather than softened butter

Hi. left the butter out to soften for a Victoria sandwich, forgot!
so what deliciousness can I make with the melted butter?, can go savoury or sweet. Would help if freezable.

Pour into icecube trays with garlic and herbs to use for adding to things later?

Use it for the cake, I can never be bothered to ‘cream the sugar and butter’ and usually mix it in melted anyway

Lots of cakes can be made with melted butter - nut cakes, chocolate cakes...

Where do you live that butter melts out of the fridge???

Muffins use liquid fat, so if you googled "flavour I like" muffins with butter, something should come up. I make choc chip muffins with melted butter.

sod it life is too short, chucked it all together, if it doesnt turn out ok the birds will get a treat.
