Offensive blackface greetings card

The company I work for, which is based in Holland, (I'm in the UK) celebrates St Nicholas' Day and sends staff a small thank you gift. This year's accompanying card has a picture of the 'Schwarz Piet' character - clearly a white bloke in full blackface. I know it's part of Dutch culture but I'm pretty offended.
