Listening to Radio 4 news reporting on the current O2 phone problems, and they spoke to a woman who said how very worried she was because her service was down, she had health issues and was at home unable to contact emergency services if she needed to . Understandably distressing.
.Though apparently her hot line to the Radio 4 news desk was working perfectly.
