Stats for what people think is/Isn't rape, how depressing!

Over 30% of men think once sex has started a woman cannot change her mind! 11% (I think) think being too drunk or asleep doesn't mean it is rape!

This is a depressing read. And as the article points out, these people make up our juries.

I do think there needs to be a serious, grown up debate about drunk sex. For some people waking up hungover in someone's bed with no memory is rape and for others it's just part of a good night out. What if both are drunk with hazy memories? Not easy.

I don't get the flirting through. People flirt for all sorts of reasons. Taking it as a green light for sex is just male entitlement.

@TroyKing and they'd be right. Her body, not his. How often would a woman forcefully grope a man because she was alone with him? Indeed.

But if she was to, I'd be equally disgusted with her.
