Was this an allergic reaction??

Went for a meal out on Tuesday night (Mexican, yum) and at the end while I was sitting chatting with my friends I came over all funny -

Super sensitive to lights
Felt like I was going to vomit (I didn't)
Felt like I would pass out (I didn't)
Face drained of colour
Cold sweat
Rash on arms and chest - small bumps, a little red

This lasted for about 15 min and wasn't very pleasant but soon passed. I still have the remnants of the rash on my arms though

im not sure if this was an allergic reaction or just a bizarre 15 mins. I had none of the itchy throat/lips/mouth and my breathing wasn't restricted in any way at all.

Anyone experienced anything similar?

I haven't, my mouth always itches with an allergic reaction. But it could be, particular given you had a rash.

Do you have an idea on what could have caused it?

Trouble is I kind of ate everything on the menu lol

Prawns, tomatoes, pork, chicken, guacamole, cheese, etc etc / it was yum
