How far is your commute to work

Seen a job next town over. 30mins if a good traffic day, will also have to do a nursery drop off and like to squeeze in gym in the morning. Current job is around 30mins in a busy congested area. I was just wondering what everyone else's morning routines were like? I think I'm used to having somewhere near by I'm over looking suitable roles.

My commute is 15 miles which can take anywhere between 20 minutes and an hour depending on traffic. Fully flexible hours though so I usually leave home at 8 so I'm in work between 8.30 & 9, then leave around 2.30 to be home between 3 & 3.30

3 hours a day minimum. Often more like 3.5. Children are grown up now, but I used a childminder when they were younger.
