Am I having a miscarriage

I'm new here, I had my oeriod last week from 20th to 25th November then on 1st december found that i was bleeding which was unusual.
On sunday (2nd dec) i took a test and it said positive with 1 - 2 weeks on it. Have taken 2 further tests ever since and had the same positive test.
However I'm getting a bit of an uncomfortable feeling at the bottom left of my pelvis and still bleeding a dark red/brown. Its not majorly heavy, looks very light when I wipe (excuse the TMI).
Could I be pregnant? Am I having a miscarriage?
I don't know what to do or how to feel as my husband and I have just started trying. Can it happen this quick? My period was just last week (ish)...

It could be spotting, so the egg burying into the lining, that's causing the light bleed. I know I had light spotting with my first. Fingers crossed

Thought were periods for the first two months of pregnancy. I didn’t realise I was pregnant and thought I
had really grim pmt . DD had implantation bleeding and weird pains at the start of both her pregnancies too.

🤞🤞 ive got my fingers crossed for you. If it helps my tests with dd2 took forever to get past 1-2 weeks and ended up being a pregnancy where I had way too much pregnancy hormone 🤷

It might not be a miscarriage, I didn't realise I was pregnant for ages as I had the sort of bleeding you're describing combined with major PMT.
Then I was permanently sleepy and started being sick in the morning...

Thanks all. This morning I had really bad period cramping and realise I'm now bleeding quite heavily like I'm on my period this morning. Don't have much hope at the moment, have an appointment with a nurse today to see what's going on.

AM I GOING CRAZY?
I've had 4 different pregnancy tests - all positive.
I started bleeding heavily yesterday so I went to the clinic.
The Dr took a test with my urine sample and said it came out negative. I got told I have a UTI and was given cefalexin to clear it up. This was yesterday.
Today I took ANOTHER pregnancy test and it came out POSITIVE AGAIN!!
This is really messing with my head....advice pls.
