Anyone up to reassure me and give me a kick up the arse?

I'm lying in bed and my skin is red hot to the touch and itchy. I also have a migraine starting to form.

I'd normally assume it's nothing or minor eczema flaring up however I'm on immunosuppressants due to my eczema becoming so bad I had sepsis (went to A+E because of this) and I'm overcautious

Should I go see the GP tomorrow or is it likely just me being a bit too hot or something, and should I get a grip?

I do have antibiotics from last time when I had similar symptoms and the five other times so should I just take one of those?

I just don't want to waste GP time
