Anyone use pretty little thing site regularly? Need help

I'm trying to order something for dd but it's not letting me get to the payment part.

I've got the item in the basket, selected preferred delivery day option £5.99, but then the screen I get doesn't have any links to progress to the 3rd stage very annoying!

Still can't process this order can anyone help?

They are having issues with delivering.

I placed an order on 27/11/18 with standard delivery (delivery by 05/12/18).
Received an email on 29/11/18 to say they were extremely busy, but I would still get my parcel within the timeframe.
No further emails received by them, but logging into account on the 5th showed my order was completed that day. Checked through the tracking & they had given it to Hermes on the 5th.

Last Hermes update was on the 5th saying it would be delivered within 24 hours (so today).

No notification emails have been sent to me.

Maybe they are not allowing fixed day deliveries, as they know they cannot fulfill them?

Are you using Chrome, try using explorer ?

I can't even get to payment point, item sitting in basket - I'm on safari.

Ironically email from them saying "you need to process the order in your basket to get it" I'm trying!!

Why is there no phone number for these people?
