my kids are adults now. so I did all this a long time ago and I know things have changed.
my question is.....so you start a new job and have been there a few months and become pregnant.
the job involves a lot of manual handling and involves a lot of ....ok I can't think of how to describe it, so say you are a carer.
so there is no way of tailoring the job to suit you.
what would your rights be? (also is there a min time before you get maternity leave?)
