Family tree magazines - a whole shelf full. Answers on a postcard!
Seriously though, I've got gazillions of the things covering well over a decade of editions, I need the space and they need to go now. I really haven't the heart to take them to the recycling dump, but I can't get anybody to take them off my hands.
I've offered them to the county archive, and local family history society with no joy. I asked at the auction house about selling them as a job lot, and they said there isn't much point in trying as magazine collections don't sell well. There are a couple of local charity shops but they'd have kittens if I took them in there, they'd take up too much storage space.
Local newspaper is pretty much defunct so I can't advertise in there, there isn't a local Freecycle page and I'd like to donate them rather than sell to a randomer on ebay.
Any ideas gratefully accepted
