I’m just watching homes under the hammer and one man is explaining the over run on his renovation by saying he became a grandad and took some time off. Awwww! You don’t hear of that very often. Dads, yes, they usually take a few weeks but not often grandads! It reminds me of when I had my first baby and my dad would rush out to the car every time we arrived to carry the baby in like a doting grandad. Very sweet.
